WEDDING & ENGAGEMENT WARRANTY
At Helionna, we take great pride and care in quality control – all outgoing pieces are inspected with rigor by our experienced in-house team. Within the first year of purchase, we offer complimentary resizes on eligible styles, diamond or stone tightening, and ring reshaping. If we determine a repair issue is due to a manufacturing defect, Helionna will cover any repair or replacement fees, and will replace side or accent diamonds that go missing due to a manufacturing defect.
Please note our warranty does not cover any lost items or jewelry that has been handled by third-party jewelers. Our warranty excludes coverage due to typical wear and tear and/or negligence. International orders are not eligible for warranty coverage or repair services at this time.
